Green Wind Farm is a certified organic dairy where owners Julie Wolcott, Steve MacCausland and their grown children milk 29 registered Jerseys, produce hay on 47 acres and utilize their sugar woods to produce organic maple syrup. The farm was established in 1979 when the couple came to Vermont inspired by a life of land-based work and self-sufficiency. After many years of organic practices, the farm transitioned to shipping certified organic milk to Stonyfield in 2017. Come and enjoy dinner baked in NOFA-VT's wood-fired pizza oven, followed by a farm tour.
