We are excited to have some folks from the popular Skinny Pancake in to teach us the finer aspects of crepe making!

Each participant will have hands-on experience making the perfect crepe, both sweet and savory, during this event. Get all your questions answered and have fun in the process! This class is for all ages, participants under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by a paying adult.

The Skinny Pancake is on a mission to change the world by building a safer, healthier & more delicious food shed while creating everyday enjoyment that is both fun & affordable.

The first Skinny Pancake was opened in 2003 on Church St in Burlington VT off a wooden cart that co-owners Benjy & Jonny Adler built themselves. With tons of community support and a rock star team, the Skinny now has 10 locations from Burlington to Montpelier, UVM to Stowe, Sugarbush, Hanover NH and our newest addition to the family: Quechee VT!

About the instructor:

Brittany has been a crepe master since 2011 when she first joined the Skinny Pancake as a line cook at the Burlington Waterfront location. With 8 years and hundreds of crepes spun behind her, she is now the Special Operations Manager where she focuses on sourcing local products for the whole company, assisting the LoveLocal catering team, and managing a team of staff who travel to music and art festivals all summer long selling crepes to happy event attendees! You have likely seen Brittany spinning crepes (and even teaching kids how to do so) at local events like Junior Iron Chef, Shelburne Museum Concert on the Green, NOFA VT winter conference, and Champlain Valley Fair!
