Sweet apple and savory broccoli strudel.

Learn the simple technique for using phyllo dough to make delicious little crispy pockets to eat as an appetizer/snack or a side dish. Serve hot or at room temperature, so simple to freeze and cook in 15 minutes. These are a real crowd pleaser for young and old - oh, yes and good for you too!

About the instructor:

Adele grew up extended Italian/American family in South Philadelphia and learned to cook alongside her Sicilian grandmother and four aunts. She has lived in Vermont since 1972 and reconnects to her Italian roots through sharing her passion for Italian food with people of all ages. She teaches group and individual classes. She specializes in simple, foolproof recipes, made with quality local ingredients aimed to please young and old. She lives in Burlington and shares her love of food with her husband and two grown daughters who grew up to be mature foodies!

Class is $40 per person. You will be sampling the strudel you make during the class.

Our facility is BYOB, feel free to bring a beverage of your choice to class.
