Bring everyone to the table with this primer on vegan baking. For those of us who have friends and loved ones who choose a vegan lifestyle, creating an all-inclusive holiday feast can seem challenging to navigate. In this class we'll learn how to make simple and delicious holiday baked goods from muffins to pies that are totally vegan and totally yum. And if you have a special request or interest, let us know when you register for the class and we'll help with ideas and suggestions (and maybe even make it in class!). The best part? Your non-vegan guests won't know the difference!


About the instructor, Holly Pierce:

"As a chef and educator I love inspiring people to explore what it means for them to live healthy, happy and delicious lives. From restaurant and catering kitchens to home kitchens, indoor and outdoor classrooms, farms to farmers markets, large corporations and local businesses, I've had the joy of connecting with people in so many different settings. I am truly grateful for every opportunity to share my passions for food, cooking, and creating community."
