Event Details

The Villalobos Brothers Quartet from Veracruz Mexico return to the Upper Valley for a GlobaLocal Celebration and fun-raiser. GlobaLocal is pleased to announce, we have received a 10k matching grant from the Woodstock EDC to support the creation of a GlobaLocal music series in 2020, in Woodstock and surrounding communities. What better way to launch and announce this project and start matching those funds, than with the Villalobos Brothers.

All proceeds beyond the cost of the event will support future GlobaLocal endeavors, bringing bands not only for public performances, but engaging deeply with our community through school and workshops and community dialogues.

To date, we have brought Mokoomba, the Garifuna Collective, and Tal National to 4 Elementary Schools, 2 middle Schools and 2 High schools for school performances and workshops.

Sliding Scale: $15-40

We believe music should be accessible to all, and present our shows with a sliding scale ticket price so that as many people from the community as possible can enjoy these shows and interacting with the artists.
