Get ready for a fun-filled trek around the globe as we visit
different countries, discover interesting facts and cook up tasty dishes
from each place we stop at. We might find street noodles in Shanghai, a
luscious tarte tatin just south of Paris, chicken paprikash as we
wander around Budapest, or banana fritters as we sail through the

"My passion is turning people on to the righteous gospel of food love. As a chef and educator I love inspiring people to explore what it means for them to live healthy and delicious lives. An avid curiosity about people and the world has resulted in a life-long journey of learning. Beginning with a focus on food and technique, I continued my studies in nutrition and holistic wellness, rounding them out with forays into human behavior and lifestyles, spirituality, and mind-body practices. I am an ardent advocate for local food, farms and agriculture and connecting with people and creating community is my greatest joy."
